Good About Yourself

Whether something is missing in your relationships or in your career, you can tell that something is off. Does any of this sound familiar?

  • You are struggling to hold boundaries with others or are feeling the effects of low self-esteem
  • You are struggling with body issues or issues related to sex or sexuality

Therapy Can Help You Grow

I am passionate about helping people transform their lives for the better. We will work together to  identify not only your struggles but also your strengths. And then we will help you develop the tools to feel better.

I work with individuals and couples from all different backgrounds. And I help them delve deeper into themselves to promote lasting positive change.

By Better Understanding Yourself Inside, We Have More Say in How Life Is on the Outside

When Should You Go to Therapy?

According to the American Psychological Association, therapy might become a consideration when something causes distress and interferes with some part of your life. This might include:

  • Thinking about or coping with the issue takes up at least an hour each day
  • The issue causes embarrassment or makes you want to avoid others
  • The issue has caused your quality of life to decrease
  • The issue has negatively affected school, work, or relationships
  • You’ve made changes in your life or developed habits to cope with the issue
